Summer Camp 2026 - Important Information

Deposit Refund

a) Application Not Confirmed

Your deposit is fully refundable if we are unable to confirm your child's application.

b) If You Choose to Cancel Your Application:

Prior to March 1, 2026:

A $250 administrative fee per child will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded.

As of March 1, 2026:

The $500 deposit per child becomes non-refundable.

Up to May 1, 2026:

Any camp fees paid beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

After May 1, 2026:

All camp fees are non-refundable and not eligible for credit toward Summer 2027.

Shortening of Enrolment

Shortening refers to reducing the number of weeks your child is enrolled (for example, changing from 6 weeks to 4 weeks).

From March 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026:

Camp fees will be recalculated based on the adjusted number of weeks, less a $100 service charge per session per child. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

After May 1, 2026:

No refunds will be available for shortened enrolment.

Session Changes and Extensions

  • Sessions may be moved within Summer 2026 at no additional cost, subject to space availability.
  • Extending your child's enrolment (e.g., increasing from 2 weeks to 4 weeks) is subject to availability.

Important Conditions

  • The above refund and shortening policies apply with no exceptions.
  • Once your child's camp has begun, all camp fees are non-refundable.
  • Camp fees are charged for a reserved period, not on a daily basis.
  • Missed days for any reason are not refundable and cannot be made up.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Camp Registrar.
  • Approved refunds will be processed after September 1, 2026 and issued within 30 days.
